Karen was raised on a large farm in middle Tennessee but has lived in Hawai'i for the past 27 years. She lives her Southern hospitality with the spirit of Aloha. She is currently a Broker in Charge with Exp Realty, one of the largest growing Real Estate Companies. Karen began her Real Estate career in 1997 and is the former Owner/ Broker of Aloha Island Properties.
Poipu is located on the south side of the island and is known as "Sunny Poipu". Entering into Poipu is a very quaint small town known as Koloa. You can find several shops and restaurants along with a grocery store in Koloa. Poipu is known for it's famous Poipu Beach and golf courses. There are several larger hotels and vacation rentals in Poipu, along with residential areas.
So you have decided to sell your property. Before anything else, it is a good idea to sit down and clarify your motivations and draw up a basic time frame for the selling process. Why do you want to sell your property? Do you intend to simply find a larger property, or do you plan on moving to another neighborhood, school district, city or state?

Karen has been such a pleasure to work with. She has a lot knowledge in real estate and genuinely loves helping people.

There are many real estate companies on Kauai - Chose Another One. Do Not use Keller Williams.
They do not return calls, will actually hang up on you when you call and don't answer emails.
I've been dealing with their rental department on Kauai and they are unprofessional, lazy and have no integrity.
All their rentals are in horrible condition.
Thanks for wasting hours of my time.

Karen's motto is "Exceeding expectations" and I have to tell you she really does. After buying a house with her help I went with my sister to look at houses with another Realtor and although my sister's Realtor was adequate, she was...., well, just adequate. Karen A. had spoiled me with her service!
