These guys are affordable, personable, friendly, helpful, punctual and my whole experience was fantastic all around!! This was the 1st time I'd used 6th Man movers, so I was a little nervous but I had read so many 4 and 5 star reviews on them, plus they came recommended by some friends of mine! I booked my move about a month and a half in advance, so closer to moving day I needed to add on a 3rd mover to the 2 man crew, and get them to bring me some garment boxes, and a few more boxes and packing paper to help me pack the rest of my kitchen. Three guys loaded a 26' moving truck that we rented from U-Haul. We had a little too much stuff to fit into the truck, but they did not leave a single cubic foot unoccupied. I'm stunned how tightly they managed to pack everything in. Even some incredibly awkward items were Tetris'ed together and completely secured. On top of this, their communication was top notch. Unlike a lot of other movers, they are using modern booking and communication software to make organizing the move MUCH easier for customers, with estimates, payments, and invoices all handled in a super-professional way. Mike G and his partner took great care of our things when we moved from a large home to a 2 bed apt. It helped tremendously that we had taken the time to pack things ourselves, unlike some people. The guys were very appreciative, especially since it was hot and humid that day. But they got the job done, quickly and with zero damage to anything.

Would definitely recommend this company! Our team of three, David, Dewey and Jackie, were incredibly professional. We were moving into a new construction home, and they literally did not leave a signal scuff. I don’t think I have ever had a group of movers take that much care with my belongings or home. Great price too for such a high level of service!

I had some issues with the move, but then the owner of the company personally called to see what were some of the things that they could have done better. It really meant a lot that he took the time to hear my concerns and address them. Never had an experience like that with any business I've hired. Very impressed.

They moved me a short distance and it was the worst move I've ever had. They damaged so many things and did damage to my new house as well! They paid me for the damages but they insisted on removing negative reviews as part of the reimbursement. I would never use them to move anything again. The move was poorly executed on every front...

Where to start? We had reserved a move with this company over a month before our move date. Two days before the move, they requested a video walkthrough to go over everything we needed move. During the zoom meeting, we reviewed every piece of furniture, every room, and discussed our dogs and cats with them.

Had the most amazing experience with these guys! Moving forward I wouldn't use anybody but 6th man movers. The communication was great, they were on time, they did the job efficiently, they were kind and respectful and they really took care with all my belongings and were extra careful with my new hardwood floors. The price was more than reasonable too! I'm super grateful I chose this team to move me into my new home.

I loved these movers! It was a local move and we packed everything up ourselves. There were 3 guys to move a single level 1250 sq. foot house just a few miles to a new home (2 floors). They move quickly but not carelessly. They didn't bump into walls or hit light fixtures or drop anything. Nothing was broken. They really did a great job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Make sure you tip them because they really do an excellent job of moving your stuff and moving stuff really isn't fun.
They all had great attitudes, honest, and were friendly. I highly recommend this business
