We had a WONDERFUL experience! Mark was very responsive and addressed all my requests concerning transporting my mother from the airport to home. The driver, James, was on time, followed up via text upon her arrival to the airport and was very friendly and professional. After having an unsavory experience with Uber, Roundabout Transporation, is now our go-to moving forward. I highly recommend this company for your travel needs!

I absolutely love this company! I requested a quote through Yelp and received something within minutes. No one else responded this fast and most did respond at all.
I then contacted Mark because I was going to be traveling with my 89-yr old mother, moving her from Kansas to Oregon and we had really heavy luggage and a walker. He was so sweet about it and got me all setup within the quoted rate.

Booked in a pinch this morning since I needed transportation to the airport. I issued a quote request to a few places on Yelp, and I heard back fast from Mark with a reasonable quote. I confirmed an hour later and was picked up a few mins earlier than my reservation. The car was nice, clean, and cool. The driver (I can't remember his name) was polite and friendly...willing to engage in conversation, but definitely not annoying. It was a very comfortable and relaxing ride to MCI. I won't hesitate to use Roundabout again if/when I need transportation in the area.

Drivers for our departure and return arrived early, even for our 0415 pick up. Both drivers were friendly and professional. The vehicles were immaculate and appropriate for the size of our group. Worked with Mark to setup transportation for my daughter wedding. Mark us very flexible with adjusting their service with our world as crazy as it is at this time of covid. Limousine and shuttle service was very prompt and always texted when they arrived. Also the Limousine was decorated with the wedding colors, had water & mints but most of all VERY clean. Shuttle service alway wiped down after every drop off. Would highly recommend the transportation service.

I had actually booked through someone else at a cheaper rate but I had to keep following up multiple times with them and that didn't sit well. Booking an airport shuttle is one of those things you just want to have done, confirmed, on the books and know for a fact that they're going to pick you up when they say they will.
Roundabout set things up just two days before my flight, which is nice but I should've been on it and booked them sooner. They were communicative both on Yelp

We use Roundabout anytime we have longer vacations. The cost is comparable to parking at the airport for 7+ days. They are always prompt and helpful with luggage and pick-up/drop off. Greg is usually our driver and we are always very happy with the service. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

Ray was the driver designated to shuttle my wedding guests to and from hotel and reception venue. I heard nothing but GREAT things about him and how he went over and above his duties. Very nice drivers but beware if your travel plans change with less than 24 hour notice you lose. It is stated and you pay ( and I tipped) in advance., so when I called the morning of my 330 pm pickup I didn't expect a refund. However since I didn't need transportation that day I hoped to get a credit to use for a ride some other time. Unfortunately they wouldn't even consider it. Once they have your credit card info they won't cut you any slack so make sure you read it all carefully and know if your plans change you are screwed.

My family has used Roundabout for airport transportation several times a year for the last four years between KCI and south Overland Park. They are always early and load/unload our luggage even when we have to be picked up as early as 4:00AM. The cars are always clean and the drivers are safe. We usually have them bring a car seat for our now three year old and it is always installed for us.
They are extremely easy to get a hold of by email or phone. I have recommended this company to countless friends and family members.

I use Roundabout Transportation for airport runs all the time. This was my first using them for a night out on the town. The driver arrived to my home ten minutes early and called to let me know he was outside and not to rush out, he just wanted to let me know he had arrived. The van was very clean, the driver was nice and had bottle water available for my girlfriend and I. He was very knowledgeable of downtown and the P&L area, dropping us off within feet of the entrance where we were meeting our party.

This service worked out great for us. They provide minivans with car seats (even kids movies on DVD too!). Having car seats provided was a HUGE plus.
The driver was helpful, on-time and the cost was much less than other services.
We'll definitely be using them for future trips. Glad we found them.
