W. David Denton (Dave) is a 1969 graduate of the UK College of Law. A native of Somerset, Kentucky, he moved to Paducah upon graduating law school. In Paducah, he quickly made a name for himself not only as a premier attorney but also as a business and civic leader. In 1979 he founded one of the largest and most diverse law firms in the western Kentucky region.
Holly was born and raised in the southeast corner of Missouri, or the Bootheel as it is known, in the farming community of Kennett, Missouri. In 2010, she graduated from Kennett High School and then enrolled at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri where she earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agriculture in 2013.
Denton Law Firm's Real Estate Practice is led by Attorney, Lisa Emmons, who has facilitated over 25,000 commercial and residential real estate transactions for various lending institutions, sellers, and buyers. Lisa's experience combined with the entire Denton Law Firm Real Estate team, represents over 100 years of excellence in our "attention to details."

Amazingly knowledgeable and friendly law firm!!! This office covers a WIDE spectrum of legalese. However, if your looking for an Attorney to draw up wills, power of attorney, estate planning etc, the are the people to call. Especially Holly Homra!! So impressed with the amazing and time efficient job done. They definitely DON'T over charge OR over bill!!
