Think twice about getting your hair done here. The girl doing my hair was in the middle of blow drying and cutting my hair when her mom called and she had to leave because her sister broke her arm. She charged me $80 for a job not complete oh, she took off $35 but I would have been more than happy to pay if she had done my hair completely. The color is not that great and the cut is halfway done. Now I have to wear it in a bun until I can find someone to fix it. Todays my birthday : (

Needed my granddaughters hair fixed. Snip here. Snip there by holding a piece of hair out and cutting it. 25.00 later. Pretty much looked the same. I could have done that for free.

Had my haircut by Misty would highly recommend her. Salon was very clean and appointment easily made.

Misty is wonderful! She is trained in doing a Deva cut for us curly girls. After having her do my hair, I will not go to anyone else. If you have natural curly hair do yourself a favor and go see Misty. She is knowledgeable, talented and super sweet. Also, the devacurl products she recommends are 100% worth the money.

Recently, I was searching for a new hairdresser and found, Mariela, at LeGrande. She is fantastic! She listened to my concerns, provided her expert advice and gave a very nice haircut and style. During Covid, I wanted a place that is safe and I found it. They take extra care. ALL staff members and customers must wear masks. Before entering, they require you to call the front desk and wait in your car until your hairdresser is ready for you. Once you enter, your temp is taken. Everyone is professional, pleasant and the place is very clean. I'll be back.

Wonderful. The Salon/Day Spa is clean, pleasing to the eye and warmly inviting. I am here from California to care for my mom. I had no idea where to go or who to see to get my hair colored, highlighted and cut. I found Le Grande Salon & Day Spa on Google as they had high ratings. I called and got an appointment with one of the recommended gals from one of the other reviews. Unfortunately she came down with a bug and I needed to be rescheduled ☹️ My life is in a bit of turmoil right now so that was disappointing. Went there because it was recommended. I showed the stylist a picture of a long A-line that was over my shoulder a bit. I ended up with a very short bob with a tiny buzz to try to make it look a bit like an A-line. I believe she got too excited to donate my hair at the beginning that she cut my hair too short she couldn't give me what I requested. I have her 2 stars because she knew she messed up. Didn't apologize, but gave me a $5 discount, which I tipped her with.

I feel bad because I absolutely hate my haircut. They were very sweet and squeezed me in. I discussed wanting a trim and long layers and my hair came almost to my belly button. I told her 3 inches would be okay but to try to keep the length and long in the back bc I hate when it's shorter in the back than the front. Mostly I just wanted layers.

Well she chopped like all my hair off. Like 5 or 6 inches and it's so much that the layers do nothing for it and barely show and it's puffy at the bottom bc it's all short and stops just barely below my shoulders.

I scheduled an appointment for a haircut and left very disappointed. After arriving for the appointment there was no stylist and I was asked to wait by an older gentleman who signed me in. When a stylist did arrive, she seemed very rushed and seemed as if she was not expecting an appointment. This was a hiccup and forgivable, but the service I received was inexcusable. She rushed through cutting my hair, again, appearing like she wasn't expecting a customer. I asked for a side fade and a trim on the top. She did a poor job with the fade, and the worst offense was when she took her buzzer

Buyer BEWARE: I went in for a gel manicure - lady encouraged me to try powder for $5 more. ****Don't do powder - she had to REDO my nails 4 times to get it to look even semi good. It took me longer to get my nails done then a friend who did a mani + pedi!! Almost 2 hours--- eeeek! I'm now running super late to a wedding. Oh, also after she started she stated they don't do the manicure part with powder - THaTS why I originally went there! Regardless - save your money and go elsewhere. Bummer experience.

Fantastic salon. Everything from hair to nails, facials and massages. I had another salon that totally messed up my color during my last visit. Heather was able to fix it and make it the most beautiful blonde I have ever been. Highly recommend!!!

After being a regular customer for almost 2 yrs I arrived for my appt w/Heather Smith at 3pm only to be greeted as she consumed lunch "oh I didn't look at my book, I thought your appt was at 3:30. Can you go run errands or something?" As it takes several hrs for highlights/lowlights & my dog is home alone, scheduling is important. I waited until 3:45 when Heather finally emerged from the back with another client who had apparently been color processing to begin a cut and style. This would mean my appt would have started, at best, a full hour and 15 minutes late. When I said

I had a wonderful, relaxing pedicure with Tabitha today. She spent a great amount of time pampering me, and did a thorough service. The pedicure chair is in its own room with calming music-- definitely has a spa feeling. The price is amazing considering the high quality level of this pedicure!

Went here for a wax recently. The salon is nicely decorated. Friendly receptionist. The lady performing the wax was very professional and did a great job. Very relaxing environment. I will definitely be going back!

Le Grande is family owned and operated, I love the atmosphere here! Always a warm welcome each and every day! Great Stylists, Massage Therapists and Nail Designers!!! Quality!!!
