As the owner, Amber is responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of Pink Flamingo Catering. Peyton is loving life as a new mom with her adorable son Baker, who keeps her plenty busy along with getting her house renovated and learning how to embrace her new position. As the Chef, Morgan runs the day to day opperations of the kitchen including food production & preperation.
Morgan enjoys spending his down time outdoors with friends and his significant other. He just recently got the opportunity to move back into his old family home, got engaged, and is setting himself up for a very happy future. As the Event Coordinator, Melinda spends her days handling the most important people in our business, our customers.

Services
Stations are a fun way to mix popular flavors with innovative design. Stations encourage mixing & mingling at any event. Stations are a separate area where a particular dish is served based on a theme or a speciality item. Stations can be self serve or attended by a chef. We will help guide you in the right direction to ensure your event is a success.
We provide a variety of menus for delivery to corporate or social luncheons. All of our lunches include disposable plates, cultery packets, serving utensils, cups, and ice. If you would like a full service lunch event please contact us and we will provide you with a quote. For large crowds we will be happy to help you customize the perfect menu to please everyone.

Pink flamingo did such an fantastic job on my wedding. They were very prompt in answering all questions and was very straightforward on cost versus other caterers we first looked out. The food was best most of all! It was so good I wish I could eat it for every meal.

We used Pink Flamingo Catering for my daughter's July 3, 2021 Wedding. I can't even think of enough nice things to say. They were so easy to work with. We had a buffet with Parmesan crusted chicken, roast beef, mashed potato bar, salad, etc. The food was out of this world. One of our guests even commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. The service was great as well. They kept the doughnut bar stocked as well as cutting the cake. You can't go wrong with Pink Flamingo!!

We used them for our wedding, and we couldn’t be more disappointed with the service. You only get 1 chance to get married and they continued to mess up specific things we discussed. Ultimately, the biggest frustration was that they didn’t take responsibility for their errors and mistakes during the wedding. The day was amazing, but we continue to discuss the mistakes made by the cater. I would NOT recommend for your wedding.

Pink Flamingo far exceeded our expectations for a caterer! They were so friendly and easy to work with. They made sure our menu was exactly what we wanted and were extremely accommodating when we wanted to switch the appetizers for a late night snack! They made plates for my husband and I to eat in private before going into the reception, which made the rest of the night so much easier to enjoy! They even went the extra mile and decorated the buffet tables to match the rest of the decor at the reception! After our wedding, I had countless friends and family tell me our dinner was one of the best

Pink Flamingo cater to my work/company and is by far the staff's favorite caterer. Recently with COVID they did a special dinner service for employees. I made a mistake on my order but Melinda and the team bent over backwards to help out and fix it. I was blown away by their service, they went above and beyond. Oh and the dinner was absolutely amazing!!

I have worked with Pink Flamingo weekly for a year now to provide hot lunch catering for an employee group of 300-400 people. The level of service that we receive is unmatched and consistently so. The variety, quality and exceptional taste of the menu items that they provide are magnificent and without disappointment on any level. Pink Flamingo is so fantastic in every aspect of their business execution that I cannot recommend them enough!

Last week, Pink Flamingo Catering provided a beautiful, tasty meal for over one hundred members of the facilities department. As you can guess, it was mostly gentlemen and they like to eat. The portions were perfect! I received many compliments and will use them again. The ladies that delivered the meal went above and beyond, which allowed me to enjoy the event for the first time. Pink Flamingo catered our wedding earlier this month and all our guests loved all the food!! Amber and Melinda went above and beyond in the planning with us and everything turned about beautiful! They were so flexible in everything we threw at them. The biggest hit of the night was the taco bar and the mac and cheese bar. I'm still dreaming about it. Book them if you are looking for flexibility and girls who handle everything with humble confidence!
