Absolutely the most tree service out there all the photos are fake he doesn't train employee or pay them half years the time breaks something almost every job he gets not to mention as LL equipment is not mainntaone do no hire this guy he's a hack and is known for ripping off customer

Cut down a couple trees for us but never completed the job. We're still waiting for him to return and cut down a twenty foot stump. Paid him in full the first day. Lesson learned. He keeps saying it'll be "sometime this week". Started the job on January 28. It's now June 14. ~sigh~

Rich has removed trees for me on 3 separate occasions. Today he removed a 40' Black Walnut and a 30' Locust. He's fast, neat, and his prices are very fair.

I had a job done once by Rich and he did a great job so I tried again....He removed the trees promptly but it took a while to get the stumps ground out....but he got the job done!

Never did the job. Promised to do it by May 30th. It is now October 21st. Every time I called (numerous), he said “I’ll call you back on Sunday night to schedule an appointment.” Never called me back. I hung in there with him because we had a hand-shake agreement, which I honor.

I used the guys to cut my trees after the summer already passed. It was a time to take care about it and I called to the right guys obviously. I am very pleased with the service and the time period they done with everything. Well done job. Thank you and all best.
