My daughter went in asking for a certain length with light layers just at ends. It's all one length with a large diamond shape cut out in back just off center. I have pictures.
My normal shape haircut, I showed her pictures of my hair, is gone. She had the basic shape, and I asked her to shorten the back a tad. Then she cut off one side at my chin of my pointy inverted Bob. I'm wondering if these 2 women have real licences or just graduated or can speak English but have no comprehension. Never had this sort of issue here in the valley in a professional atmosphere.
