This company should not be licensed to transport children or vulnerable adults. Extremely unprofessional and understaffed. Drivers would frequently arrive to pick up my toddler without a carseat and offer to put her in a booster. The drivers were not trained to install carseats even when they had them with them - my child came home sitting in a carseat that was not latched to the vehicle seat at all! Drivers sometimes took off their masks (mandated by the school district), my child was often late to be picked up (like 30 min) and they would never call. The final straw was a day that she was picked

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
Not professional at all. They are always late picking my son up to go to school. They get here after his school has already started. They let him sit in the front seat without asked his father or I if it is okay. He is very small for his age and can get serious hurt if he is hit by the air bag. I DO NOT recommend this company at all!!
