Pros: Technicians are nice and courteous, can pay by credit card, normally can get to you with a day or two, prices are reasonable and they only charge one call-out fee if they need to return.
Cons (for my experience): For the three instances I requested Kowalski HVAC assistance they had to return at least once and up to three times to fix the initial complaint.
1. Summer of 2019 upstairs air conditioning not cooling. Came out and said there were no issues and they could not duplicate my concern. Billed me and I paid for their time. Within hours the AC was not blowing cold again. I requested

These guys are lazy! I originally placed a call to the plumbers to fix some worn out straight valves under my kitchen sink that are welded on. I told the receptionist my problem and she was very kind and told me that someone would pass by tomorrow to take care of it. To start, what I had originally thought was a one-man job (only one person can fit under a kitchen sink) required two workers. They entered and took a look at the job before quickly telling me that they did not have the correct valve in their truck, even though I had provided all the necessary information on the phone previously. Came to my house to inspect my heating system furnace. Told me the furnace was shot and needed replaced. The furnace is approximately 15 years old. Price to remove and install new gas furnace hot air heating system was $5,000. And then they charged me $300 for the estimate. Had two other heating contractors come look at the furnace told me nothing was wrong with the furnace and should last another 10 to 15 years. These people are con artists taking advantage of older people beware

I called for estimates and nice older man come to see the house. Said he would get back with an estimate. Never heard again. Called and they sent another man out...spent another hour. Showing him what was wanted. He said he would get back with estimate. Never heard. Emailed him next month and he said he would get back next week. Never heard again from either of them! Wasted my time twice for nothing! I called Dents plumbing. They came and did the estimate, work and it was done. Professional. I never dealt with Kowalski again. They wasted months of my time and treat customers like
