Kevin is awesome. He is the reason my special needs kids are doing as well as they are. I highly recommend him. In regards to the review saying he does tax services - he does not. He is a family law attorney who shares an office with someone who does tax services. Kevin is honest, fair, exceptionally skilled and extremely respected. I’d recommend you call him before your ex does!

Inept as a guardian ad-litem (GAL). Won't make a decision nor would he put anything in writing, let alone visit your child and follow-up with all providers.
Shouldn't be surprised as his main business is that for taxes (Consumer Tax Services).
Parents, don't waste your money here. You'll be charged over $300 hourly without monthly invoices for an individual who makes his "recommendation" based on title IV-E.
He is biased and won't make a call that's best for your children.

We hired Finch as the GAL for my children and he was disappointing throughout the process. Although he eagerly billed for every one-sentence email or two-minute phone call, he failed to successfully mediate any issues involving the children. Plainly speaking, Finch failed to represent the best interests of my children at each and every turn. He is afraid to make decisions and is biased against the rights of fathers. Despite diagnosed mental illness, the involvement of child services, and documented parental alienation on the part of their mother, Finch repeatedly failed to protect the children
