This offering is a comprehensive Prenatal Yoga/Belly Dance class focused on preparing moms-to-be physically, emotionally and mentally for the beautiful and challenging process of childbirth and then motherhood. The class will increase strength, endurance, flexibility, relaxation, breath and body awareness, while reducing fatigue.

I had never danced before in my life and now it is one of my favorite hobbies thanks to the amazing instructors and students at Bella Diva. For a "business" review, they have a great selection of dance classes for all levels at reasonable prices. They also have online classes that run with the in-person classes and the instructors always make sure to check in on the online people as well, it's a great way to learn if you can't come in person.

Bella Diva is the most inclusive, professional, talented, diverse & FUN dance group I’ve come across as a DJ & event producer. I have to agree with the other reviewers that Caitlin is so very caring toward every student & fellow artists, so full of energy, and a powerhouse human being.
In quarantine times I’ve especially appreciated their positive spirit & feel good content.

Bella Diva is one of those small businesses that makes a community FEEL like a community. I have not taken any of their classes, but as a photographer/videographer I have worked with them many times and attended several of their fantastic showcases. I always felt like Denver was one of the major cities that lacked in culture, but Bella Diva is an example that cultural expression and local art is alive and well in the Mile High City.. Bella Diva's World Dance has amazing instructors that I took for Samba Dance and Tahiti. Grace Ochs was incredibly welcoming for Samba, and she even shared useful videos on Youtube for us to perfect the choreography. I absolutely fell in love with April Johnson, she and other classmates of mine (Shayna) were absolutely so much fun to dance with. The studios are so much fun, and just a fun way to get into shape. I am waiting for Covid-19 to be lifted so I can save up more mula, and join the classes once again. They have virtual classes online, but I prefer the physical classes! Keeps me motivated

Having danced for many years for a more traditional dance company, I have loved everything Bella Diva Dance offers. and all her teachers are so dedicated to their students and classes. Bella Diva offers a welcoming environment to everyone, is hard not to became a Bella Addict because they have so many fun classes to choose from. The students are very supportive of each other, the teachers are knowledgeable patience and challenging the students to reach their best pontential. I love always that teachers are open to ideas from students. One of the cleanest studio I have ever been to. I love the judge free zone and safe environment that is provided. I love Samba, Belly Dance, hula and yoga classes 🧘♀️

Bella Diva Dance is deserving way more than just 5-Stars. They need to create a level of, ohhh ... maybe ... 100. Yeah. That might work. I have known, and photographed, Bella Diva Dance for a VERY long time now and each chance I get to see them perform you better get out of my way cause I am coming through. After reading the reviews I signed up for a 4 week session of Beginners Samba and I couldn't be more pleased. Erin, the instructor, is so welcoming. She makes it a point to learn each person's name and make them feel like they've been there for years. I knew nothing about Samba but was completely comfortable fumbling through my first few classes here. I am learning and laughing a ton on top of working my butt off (wear something you can move and sweat in). I will definitely be signing up for another session. It is priced affordably and a blast.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Bella Diva Dance is more than just a dance studio! It's a community full of the most passionate and interesting women I know. It has transformed me as a dancer and a person, changing my perspective on life and my confidence in myself. I've made close friends of every age, learning about feminine power as well as studying different cultures and countries, all while getting extremely fit and having an amazing time. The instructors are my best friends and have changed my life. A truly safe space for anybody who is interested in world dance

I walked in there on a humbug to try a belly class, 6 months later I'm taking pretty much everything they have to offer. Plus I have my daughters taking classes there too, PLUS some friends of theirs! Truly life changing experience. You are not going to get just a dance class you are going to get a sisterhood, a community outreach, and a chance to bring out your inner superstar performer. I really appreciate that it's more than dance fitness, they truly respect and pay homage to the cultures of dance that they teach. Smaller then expected. But a nice studio. Instructors are great as well. Only thing that keeps me from not going is they don't offer a punch card. My schedule is forever changing and I can't commit to their 4 week sessions that can only be used on the one specific class. But they do offer unlimited monthly rates and drop in rates with no restrictions. I just find it odd that they don't offer a punch card. At any rate, try it. It might be for you.

Caelyn has been a professional dancer and instructor for years, and it shows. Every time she's onstage she positively radiates, and when she is with a student she emanates patience and inspiration.
I go see her (and her ever rotating crew) perform any chance I get and I highly recommend her instruction!
They are opening their new location this month and it looks fabulous. A beautiful space for the wide range of Bella Diva classes, as well as additional offerings.
