I called to schedule an appointment with Drs. Eyecare for a regular eye exam in order to renew my current contact prescription. During the phone call, I asked how much the bill would be ahead of time and I was told the cost would come out to be $95. I go there and have basically a routine ten minute eye exam, just to come out having to pay not what I was told but a higher amount of $160. I went ahead and paid the bill, confused as to why it was so expensive. When I returned home, I checked my notes (from the phone conversation) to verify that it was $95 that I was told on the phone; it confirmed

I had the worst experience ever at this company. I normally wear glasses and went in this time for contacts. The contact lens were new to me and hurt my eyes. I explained what was happening and the Dr. didn't believe me. She was determined to make me keep the prescribed contacts. When I asked why she didn't believe me she then change the contact brand. I explained to her I'm not familiar with the practice of optometry and I needed her to explained how the contacts work. I have been using them for years. They are the best and have worked with me on everything. Heather has been helpful with and for me even when i'm in a crunch with my daughters glasses and my schedule. I can shoot her a message and she takes care of me right away. She is familiar with the shape of my face and will call/email with suggestions when she knows i'm in the market for a new pair of glasses. The entire staff is just super friendly and they help when my daughter has to be there while i'm getting an eye exam. Both Dr.Cannons are upfront and honest with care/suggestions and i've enjoyed using

I have been going to this eye doctor for over two years and have started to see the customer service desk slide tremendously. We were told the wrong price originally to get contacts with our insurance coverage. It ended up being over $100 cheaper which would've allowed for us to get them earlier than we did. We ordered the contacts and had to buy an extra pair because we were told they wouldn't be in for seven business days only for them to come in the very next day. The staff is very short and rude to customers. It's almost as if they are bothered by assisting others. We will

I scheduled an appointment on May 7th for the 18th at 8:45 am. When I arrived they stated that I did not have an appointment. They are included in providers on my insurance website but stated they don't take my insurance. A staff member treated me in a truly unprofessional manner because I did not know who the UNDERWRITER of my insurance was.

They really helped me here. I previously went to a different eye dr in NC that was awful (put me on contact lenses without taking into account that I needed reading glasses too, so I ended up unable to use the contacts... long story). I told Dr Brian Cannon about that and emphasized that I needed help for distance and reading; he immediately tried me out on multi focus and that was exactly what I needed. Resolved both far and near vision problems. So nice to have a competent doctor.

Don't be fooled by previous ratings. I took my daughter here some months ago. The doctor was nice but the whole experience went downhill after the screening. The woman who was helping my daughter find glasses she liked had an attitude and outright insulted me twice! I resolved to never go back. Please note that I didn't make a bad review at that time. I decided to let it go and move on. Fast forward a few months, my daughter's glasses broke and I decide to order her a pair online. I call to get her prescription. They gave me all the numbers except the pupillary distance

This place is much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside. They have a HUGE selection of glasses and other products to choose from. Also, the employees here are very friendly and welcoming.
I like the fact this establishment deals with more specialized eye care products that not too many other places carry. For example Synergeyes lenses, these are really hard to find anywhere else.
They also have a little play area for smaller children. Being a parent, it helps.

Today was my first visit here and I saw Dr Brian. My visit was so much better than my last eye visit at another clinic it's almost comical. At my last one I had to wait over an over even though I had an appt and after an hour with no end in sight I walked out!! Today on the other hand, I arrived a little early was able to fill out paperwork quickly and Dr Brian took me back a few minutes early. To say I was pleased with their service would be an understatement. He was funny and very personable while at the same time educating me about what was going on with my vision. Picking out frames
