Let me just say if you need service, this is the place to go. I stopped in with an emergency 15 minutes before they closed, and Nate still took the time to check out my tires, and make sure I was good to go for my trip back to Detroit. If you are in the Manistee area, I highly recommend this place !

Just have to say that this business goes far above and beyond what any place can offer. They will do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy. I went in to get my tires changed and they not only changed my tires but also found me a new rim to fix my cracked one, gave me a new lug nut that was missing on one tire, and disposed of my old tires. Awesome Job Manistee tire!

Nate and his team always provide top notch service! I brought my car in for an oil change and I was their last appointment for the day. During the inspection, the tech found that the tires needed to be replaced. While I would have been happy to make another appointment, they went above and beyond to replace the tires right away! I always have peace of mind knowing my vehicle is being looked after at Manistee Tire!

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service at Manistee Tire!! We got a nasty tear in our campervan tire. Lance and the other friendly professionals were able to get us an exact match within a day and replaced the tire in minutes. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful and accommodating. If you need any tire service in the Manistee area this is your spot!

They worked us in on the spot to quick take a look at our van, and verify that we could safely drive it 7 hours home with the strange new noise it started making. They didn't charge us for the inspection, and it allowed us to enjoy our last 2 days of vacation and have peace of mind for the trip back. Great people, I would highly recommend this place!

Consumer beware when doing business with Manistee Tire Service. In follow up and final review on this site:
After writing a direct letter, Nate Miller finally responded by saying mileage on a tire doesn't mean anything. So end result was that it was ok as far as he was concerned that Manistee Tire threw out my summer tires that had only 21, 478 documented miles on them. The tires were fine and had I been informed at the time that they were not being stored and had been thrown out , the tires would have been in my car.
