I have to give a fake star to be able to write about my terrible experience. Check out time was 11:00 AM an I called them around 8:30 AM to extend it for one more night but with no shame they said all the rooms including my room are sold out. I realized that was just because I used the CDL discount and it was the weekend so they could get some extra overrated money from weekend travelers and forgot about their discount with Peterbilt customers. Most of the truck drivers in case of breakdown and truck repairs only use such a place but only walk 200 feet to other side of the street to get to the

Hotel fairly clean, some staff helpful, some not. Nice pool area. Did not eat breakfast due to posted health department food violations. Could not sleep well for 3 nights due to random noisy people that seemed to like to hang out right outside my patio door from midnight to 3am. Beds were meh. Water leaking on bar after rain. Could be worse but I won't be back.

My daughter reserved a block of 10 rooms over a month ago for a family wedding that was close by. She talked to, Megan, several times about our reservations and was given a confirmation number for the reservations. However, as our wedding guests were arriving to check in 4 out of 10 were told the hotel had overbooked and they didn’t have a room for them after all. I left my daughters wedding reception in the pouring rain to go back to the hotel to find out why our guests, who happened to all be family, were without rooms. THEY SWITCHED MY KING ROOM TO A 2 DOUBLE ROOM WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR APOLOGIES!
I reserved my room in a wedding block of rooms 6/3/21 for 7/24/21.
I received a confirmation email and no further contact was made by the hotel.
We arrived, checked in and were given our keys. When we got to our room it was 2 double beds. I went back to the front desk and talked to the same person that checked us in.
I told her there was a mistake. She told me there wasn’t. They didn’t have a king available and switched my room. I said I made this reservation along time ago. She said yes I did

I stayed in a king suite and I just got the room so that I could go swimming. The toilet wasn’t flushing when I first arrived in my room. Once I came back from swimming I wanted to order room service and never got to anyone. Great customer service when checking in but once I got into my room and called about the wrong things in my room I got attitude. There was a huge party right above me where the police came twice and nothing was done. The pool was nice and warm. Bedding comfortable. The hot breakfast was the best part of my stay. This hotel is a one star and I will not be staying again.
