Services
If an ache, pain or other obvious symptom has prompted you to begin chiropractic care, the first thing you want is to feel better. Office visits will be frequent and your adjustments may be combined with other procedures to help offer relief. Depending upon your age, condition and lifestyle, repeated visits over weeks or months may be needed to reduce or eliminate your symptoms.
The primary chiropractic therapy procedure for back pain is a chiropractic adjustment, often known as chiropractic manipulation, manual manipulation, or spinal manipulation. Manipulation of the spine lowers joint pressure, reduces inflammation, and enhances nerve function. Since the ancient Greek Hippocrates detailed manipulative techniques in his writings in 1500 B.C., it has been a trusted type of treatment.
Back pain due to a herniated or bulging disc can be debilitating, and in the past, surgery was the answer. Today, we have highly-successful advanced technology that allows us to relieve this pain without surgery. We use a system that combines a machine with an exceptionally precise computer program for a treatment called spinal decompression.
Manipulation under anesthesia is a chiropractic treatment that is often used to relieve pain. An intravenous anesthetic is used to put people under drowsiness, which can range from moderate to deep. The doctors do myofascial manipulation and soft tissue mobilization while the patient is sedated. These treatments are for people who have long-term illnesses or chronic discomfort.
Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) is an extraordinary procedure offering a solution to patients who suffer from unresolved long-term musculoskeletal pain. If you are one of these patients, MUA may provide meaningful pain relief, allowing you to resume normal activities and even avoid more invasive healthcare procedures.

I would love to give it 5 stars, Dr. Mike is very good at what he does. Most of the staff are friendly, but a couple of the staff just never smile. The pricing for some things are downright ridiculous. When I first went my trigger point injections were included in my $65 co-pay, then they went to $100 for shoulder and lower back (way too much money). But now they are $150 per each side of the shoulder and each side of the lower back. That is highway robbery, shame on you Dr. Barbara (well she's not really a doctor, just an NP).
I will continue to go to CAS, but no more newbies - that's how my

I've been going to CAS Chiropractic for probably a month now and I'm really glad I chose them for my first visit to a chiropractor. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. All the massage therapists do everything to make sure you're comfortable and feeling better. Frankie and Natalie are the ones who have worked with me the most, but all of the girls work together to help their patients.
