The employees showed up on time and looked at what was needed. It was a small job and they went and picked up the necessary materials ,came back and completed the job within 2 hours including cleanup and leaving extra shingles in case they are needed later. They were veery professional in their work and I could not ask for better treatment from anyone.

Powers Roofing & Exteriors was amazing when our roof had to be replaced after an unexpected and rather large leak. Steve was very responsive and attentive. He even checked in to make sure the leak was temporarily resolved while waiting on our insurance company to investigate the damage. I cant begin to express how glad I am I chose to go with Powers Roofing for my repair needs. It took a year for my insurance company to approve the repairs that needed to be done. They really stepped up and helped me tremendously through the whole nightmare experience with the insurance. I had wind damage to my fence, my roof, and my siding. They came immediately and repaired the fence, without hesitation, so my dogs could be secure, and worked with me when dealing with the insurance company. Would of been a lot easier had I called Powers Roofing first. Tried 4 companies with quality google ratings and fb pages. 1 company walked across the street with an estimate just by sight. Another gave me a price over the phone without coming over . The third climbed my roof for 2 mins and told me for 45 mins how expensive it’s gonna be with… the house being older. Powers roofing gave me a great quote, climbed the roof, test for soft spots on the wood underneath and walked me through the plan to fix the entire roof. Replace what needs to be replaced. We had wind damage to our roof, our insurance gave us a couple options. We contacted both companies, Powers responded quickly, covered the damaged area. Within one week we selected our roof and two weeks later we had a new roof. Removal, new roof, clean up in one day. Great crew. Living in another state, I called Powers Roofing for an inspection of a roof in Eastlake. I spoke with Connor about a repair vs replacement and felt he was professional,honest, and really listened to my concerns as well as his willingness to work with me while out of state. Shannon was extremely helpful with working on how we would pay for the… replacement as well as scheduling as no one would be at the house. Well, weather was also an issue.
