The fact that this place has "Management" in the title is hilarious since there seems to be no management taking place with this company at all. My fiancee and I toured a few properties today and were appalled at the state of the properties. At one property, the sink was COVERED in black gunk, and there was a dead roach right on the counter. The whole place reeked, and there was residual trash around the place. The place had an unfinished basement where the laundry was supposed to be, & the lady who was showing us the place didn't even know if there were washers and dryers down there or not. We

They don't have a voicemail set up. There is nothing available for emergency service (like basement flooding or house on fire.) They have no care for ADA laws unless it is used as a perceived threat.

I moved in and the fridge didn’t work. I didn’t realize it didn’t work properly until all my food went bad. It took them a week to get me a new fridge. They refused to compensate me and told me I should have used a cooler or ice packs to keep my food from going bad. Not even a week later the new fridge went out and I lost all my food again. They refused to compensate me and were less than helpful. Management was unprofessional and did nothing but argue with me. They do not care about their tenants and barely care about their properties. Nothing gets fixed, they continue to charge you for pets you no longer have. Went without AC for the 2 hottest months of the year and then when they finally come out and replace the unit it's no longer needed. Then a cpl months later the heat quits working when it's freezing out and all they say is someone will get back with you, but no one does and you have to call them all the time. Never will I recommend these people for renting a home from and never will I rent form this place again.

Worst company ever. So unprofessional. I went two summers with air conditioning issues and finally after threatening the BBB I got help. Now I have a shower that won’t turn off. I’ve called the emergency line several times and left messages since Friday 8/13 and no one has gotten ahold of me or offered any solution. I can only shut off the cold water line so the hot is still pouring out of the shower faucet. My water bill is going to be astronomical, I’m not paying for it! ERS will receive my bill come September.

Moved into a unit that had available when my daughter was 2 weeks old. The first night there was an outlet that had been ducktaped to the wall and had become loose and was smoking. We went without power in our livingroom for almost a whole week in the month of January before anyone came out to fix the issue. Was only the first of many issues

Worst company to rent through !! They absolutely do NOT care about you or your family. I’ve currently been without air for over. A MONTH !! Not to mention they’re aware I have a 9 month old daughter! They make no effort to try to fix things in a reasonable time manner, only care about rent which I will not be paying until my air is fixed btw! I also had a similar problem in October with them, my furnace went out and the house was so cold we had to find different living arrangements for almost THREE WEEKS and no they did not even offer to give us a heater or hotel room until our new furnace

Do you want your landscaping to have weeds and grass 12-18 inches tall? Check. Do you want trees growing from the foundation and central air unit? Check that box too. Do you want missing shingles and broken windows? They have that too. Do you want the yard looking so bad that your neighbors call the city to report it after the management company tells them to call the office, knowing the office has been closed to the public for a year? They have that too. I sent them these same pictures and they told me that it’s not their problem. I shouldn’t have to live next to this, but ERS has been listed

They hang up the phone, they don't understand what is being asked of them. There office isn't open to the public. They don't answer the phones(text them). They take your application, by email and tell you they will process it. Then crook you out of the application fee when they up tick the listing and even though they originally confirm to bring in deposit and application fee. There is a back and forwards motion of lack of communication in there office. That most people should be able to out right see. Obviously I didn't get it or they would have already touched bases with me to confirm that.

We have been with ers for 2 years. Last year our heat was out and they told us just to get more space heaters. This year we have 2 children in the house and can't get it to heat about 40 degrees. They refuse to fix anything and don't care what happens to you in the process. We are currently working with an attorney to try and resolve this issue and have had no response from them. They think it's perfectly fine to let children freeze in this weather.
