I contacted Crystal River Marina regarding an outboard motor. Rick was helpful answering my questions, but I'm out of town, so I was going to have my local father in law inspect it. I offered to put a deposit on the motor I need for my pontoon. Rick told me not to worry, he would hold it.
My father in law confirmed it was in good order, so I called back Monday to make the payment in full over the phone so my father in law could pick it up. I waited on hold but Patty the receptionist said Rick would be a while and took a message. I didn't get a call back. Tuesday I called, but Rick was off, and

Took our boat to be looked at because it was running rough and also wanted to sell it. The oil was checked before taking it in and it was fine. We were told the oil had water in it and that it probably had a cracked head. We were offered 5000 for our boat which we found highly insulting. We went and got the boat back and the oil was indeed full of water so my husband drained it and put in new oil. Ran it for 20 minutes and checked the oil. NO Water in the oil. Repeated the process and still NO water in the oil. Weird that it didn't have water in the oil when we took it in but did when we got it

Great dealer to work thru. Extremely professional staff and very personable. Got a great deal and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a new or used boat. Allisha was great from the beginning all the way until the pickup date for my new boat. Would strongly recommend them. Also wanted to note that shortly upon purchasing my boat I hit a submerged rock and damaged my new prop in the Gulf. Had a difficult time finding a replacement online and finally contacted the service department to see if they could help. They connected me with Rich whom found me the correct part number within minutes

Took my boat in for a propeller shaft and propeller recondition. John was awesome I had my boat back in less than 10 days. Shopping especially in this day and age! Thanks for getting me back on the water so quickly!

My husband brought our boat to CRM (where we had purchased the boat and motor new in 2004) because the motor was running rough. After inspection the Service Manager reported that the head was totally corroded and needed to be replaced (along with auxiliary parts) for $6,175. He never told us that the block was rusted out as well. Now we have a motor that does not run and must be replaced—for sure, not at CRM!

Had my boat in 6 times for the same issue. Each time they just ran my bill up without fixing the issue. Decided to just cut my losses and not take it back to them. You can only imagine my shock yesterday when I realized the OEM part I paid $700 for was really replaced with a cheap aftermarket part at 1/4 of the cost, no wonder it failed right? I would not recommend if you are looking for an honest business that isn't going to rip you off. Very shady of them to take advantage of someone this way.

Just purchased our first microskiff from Alisha, couldn't be happier! I found the boat on a website and her dealer was handling it as a consignment. Alisha helped me with the purchase and she was super responsive, friendly and professional. She was able to help me arrange a sea trail on short notice and even came into work on her day off to help with closing. Thanks again! 👍👍
