Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a complex system of medicine which dates back over 3,000 years and includes its own system of diagnosis and treatment. TCM views the body as a true reflection of nature and cultivating true health and balance. The medicine itself was developed through observing nature and understanding there is no separation between our bodies and nature itself.

In my own practice I have seen and treated PCOS, endometriosis, small uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, menopausal issues, infertility and hormonal imbalances; I've seen babies born to women who were told they never had a chance; and seen chronic pain and suffering from various hormonal issues transform, resolve, and heal.

We work with anyone who is may be undergoing Assisted Fertility Technology treatments like IVF and IUI, donor eggs or have an LGTB growing family. Our treatment program for IVF + IUI involves regular acupuncture treatments and custom herbal formulas if needed, specific to the patient and their Integrative Medicine diagnosis to support the best outcomes.

Just wanted to give a shout out to everyone at Two Rivers Acupuncture for a great experience at every visit. I’ve had visits with both Dr Dulberg and Dr Park and both are exceptional at putting me at ease and listening to me closely so that they can provide the best treatments for my physical and mental health. I’ve noticed a significant decrease… in my anxiety, panic attacks and muscle spasms since starting my visits. I wanted to highly recommend Lauren at Two Rivers Acupuncture in Nyack. I went this morning hoping she could help me with the inflammation in my right shoulder. For months I have been immobilized in this arm, unable to lift it more than halfway up before wincing in pain. I tried physical therapy and it didn’t make much of a difference. I hadn’t thought about trying acupuncture for it until a friend suggested I try it. After just one treatment I am able to lift my arm up almost completely. I’m amazed and ecstatic!

Dr. Dulberg is truly a life changer. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endo a few years ago and have had numerous procedures for it. I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to even work with top doctors in NYC. However, even after my last 6 hour long laparoscopic procedure, the pain and symptoms came back within a year. The next step was a full… hysterectomy. Aside from going on hormone medications or Lupron, which being in my 30’s and someone who values clean and holistic living as much as possible, and not an avenue I was about to engage willingly in, there was no end in sight to

I entered Lauren’s office a few weeks before my 41st birthday following two miscarriages in the proceeding six months. I visited Dr. Dulberg after having Bell’s Palsy for almost four years after. I had honestly almost give up. If you are not familiar Bell’s Palsy is a virus that attacks your nervous system. Unfortunately if you had Chicken Pox you can get it. It basically paralyzed half of my face. I was very thankful that that is all that was paralyzed but it… definitely hurt my self-esteem. Dr. Dulberg in just a few months has really performed a miracle! She has given me my smile back! I had been ashamed of smiling for so long. It is a still work in progress but I could not be more thankful

I visited Dr Dulberg after the loss of my father. I knew acupuncture could help me with the trauma, grief, and stress I was experiencing. From the moment I entered her office I felt at ease. The office assistant was courteous and the atmosphere calming. Dr Dulberg listened to my concerns and personalized my treatment. The acupuncture and cupping I received was wonderful. When I started my treatment with dr. Dulberg it had been 1+ since I got my last period and was diagnosed with PCOS. After 2 weeks of treatment I had my first period naturally, without drugs, and felt better than I did in a while. I’m so happy to say that til this day I have normalized my hormone levels and have regular cycles. I recommend TCM and especially dr. Dulberg to everyone I meet, it truly changed my life.
