Jennifer is our office manager and oversees the daily needs and operations of our office. She is responsible for insurance and billing, patient relations and other administrative office duties. Jennifer always goes out of her way to be certain that all the details are taken care of for our patients and staff.

I have always been interested in health and have participated in many sports since I was a young boy. This included Judo, where I was a Jr. Silver medalist, football and wrestling. I was taking pre-med classes to become an orthopedist and working at the Mayo Clinic, while training for a sprint triathlon, when I began to have low back pain and pain down my left leg.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fort since probably 2009. I have been to him for all kinds of things from chronic hip joint pain, low back pain, shoulder pain, TMJ issues, headaches, knee issues, and tightness in the neck. There have been times i didn't maintain my visits for a couple years and come back to him 'broken' and he always straightens me out. I have seen over the years the care he (and the rest of the staff) TRULY puts into each patient. They are patient, caring, and have a ton of variety of therapy equipment to get you feeling better. Absolutely the best decision I’ve made for my back problems! No more living in pain and not being able to sleep or eating Ibuprofen like skittles . After first time I was better not perfect but better, by the third session I was more active, sleeping again and no pain. Each time my back felt better, standing taller, able to do things like normal again! Super grateful! Highly recommended!!! Staff is amazing and sweet! They always get you right in and on your way feeling amazing!

I was referred by a friend to come here for back pain after a car accident. I called and was able to be seen the same day. The office staff is always very sweet & welcoming! Dr. Fort has been amazing at helping my back/neck pain and is genuinely focused on helping me get better.
