Such a wonderful team to work with, we struggled to get a loan to buy our house last year and then COVID hit.. We decided to not give up on our dreams of homeownership and came to Humboldt Mortgage at the start of 2021 to give it another try. Obtaining a home loan as a self employed person is a large feat. Bob, Fatima and Vonnie didn’t hesitate to take us on. I am so thankful they did and I’m so thrilled to say we FINALLY closed escrow through so much hard work and determination. The care and service provided by Humboldt Mortgage Company was nothing short of exemplary. I am very thankful I had the opportunity to work with Fatima Naylor while refinancing my home. She was professional, responsive and provided honest assistance with the whole process from beginning to end. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, informative and helpful. Recently had the pleasure of working with Fatima and the rest of the team at Humboldt Mortgage Co. They were determined to get me the best rate possible when I refinanced my mortgage to a 15 yr. When it was all said and done they got me an interest rate of 2.3% and closed the loan in less than 30 days. To top it off, I GOT $ BACK from the previous lender and the title company!!!
