Absolutely unprofessional! Tried to contact two agents, without as much as a call back. Finally had a 3rd sent out. (Who couldn't even get us in the property we were trying to view.) We asked her to send us a list of available properties, explicitly stating NOTHING IN LIMA CITY. Most of the ones she sent we're right in Lima. Never recontacted us about the first house we tried to look at. (Which is still for sale BTW.) I wouldn't buy, or sell a home through Binkley Real Estate, ever. Very disappointing.
