I ordered a large beautiful bouquet for my sick grandmother ($58.98) and what came was a mix of pink and purple carnations and a few daisies. When I called and inquired the lady was immediately rude and snippy. Did not offer anything in the way restitution and in fact yelled at me to “shut up” and hung up on me. This shop takes advantage of out of town customers and the elderly, is rude, and boarders on criminal. (Check the images, the sad looking $15 looking bouquet is what she received)

Was disappointed in Flowers. They are not what picture shows . I had called to assure and was told they were out of the hydrangea but would add extra Blue to make up for it - It was suppose to have white roses and white daisies also ..... and it was suppose to be the larger size which looking at the pics it was not but I paid for the larger .

Did not get what I asked or paid for!! I called directly to the Shop and ordered a Secret Garden Basket, comes with a basket, blooming red flowers and green plants. They sent a POT with different green plants in it. The whole point was the blooming flowers for the colors and to remind my friend of her mother when they were in bloom. I was charged 60 for a 25 arrangement. Called to confirm my purchase and I was correct in my thoughts and the owner said we don't stock those plants she should have told me when i was ordering them they don't really make that ARRANGEMENT option then I asked about the

Joan has always done a beautiful job with any of my orders. My husband bought flowers there for my birthday and they are still beautiful 2 weeks later. I couldn't have asked for better.
