Food was very good. The service was great, and the seving sizes were very big portions for the price.
The menu was eclectic, so you can get pizza, nachos, burgers, sandwiches, and so much more. Something for everyone. I will definitely make this a stopping point point when passing through town.

Amazing food and service above and beyond!! Michelle delivered our food through a giant wreck and a snow storm!! The pizza was delicious and the sweet potato fries we worth coming back for..!! We also loved the chicken sandwich and the tamales!! If you are close stop by and enjoy!

Been traveling all day from Phoenix ,not feeling well. Decided to eat at josephs. bar and grill. waiting to order
family of 4 walk in and they seat them, tell me the lines over here, although I'm standing in front of sigh wait to be seated. The cashier was the rudest person I've seen running the front end

We stopped here on our way the Grand Canyon. It's very cute and retro inside. The food was really good; my boyfriend got a burger and fries and I got a bacon chicken sandwich. It was a lot of food for a decent price. Would recommend!! (The salsa is very spicy though! I wouldn't get it if you don't like really spicy things. Like a 9/10 on the heat scale).

Checked into hotel late 8pm. Call for delivery at 8:30pm I was told they weren't doing delivery. I told them I just checked into hotel, and asked if they could refer someone else to deliver pizza. One of the workers volunteered to drop it by as they were getting off work. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! You guys are the best! My pizza was hot tasty and delicious.

Pizza in NM is like fried chicken in TX to me. Some things just taste better in certain places. So, if you are in Santa Rosa or just passing through and like pizza this is some of the best I've had in my life. The pizza is beyond delicious and the specialties are even better with a local twist. The mushroom appetizers are homemade so if you like mushrooms you've hit the jackpot.

And, I ate dinner here with friends tonight adding to this wonderful experience.

I had the chili rellenos. Disgusting. Mushy, poorly plated, weak and meager sauce. Cold rice and beans out of a can.

Only game in town. Bar area opens at 5p. Service was good. No jukebox or pool tables but excellent music played via Iheart 90' rock.

Only restaurant open in town. We wanted to eat at a Rte 66 diner. This place is mostly old, restrooms look like they haven't been scrubbed in years. Blue cheese salad dressing was sketchy. Mask mandate in New Mexico but not enforced here. Not sure table was properly wiped down either‍

We showed up at 915 with a group of 8 and they closed at 10. Served us with no issues and the food was great. The most important part of our experience wasn't the food. A man walked in and asked if he would be able to do some work (wash windows, sweep the floors) for a meal. Seems as though he was just a wanderer. The manager took him to a table and took his order. No question asked and asked for nothing in return. This small town is lucky to have a restaurant with that kind of kindness.

I enjoyed my cheese enchiladas, Christmas-style, with rice and beans. Good service, only disappointment was the lack of sopapillas. I'll try again next time I'm driving through Santa Rosa!

A busy place but really good food I don't know what they do to their chicken but it tastes amazing and is not dry I had the green chili cheese fries

We stopped in on our way to ABQ. The service was really good both the hostess and server were really nice and attentive. We ordered a pizza, Caesar salad, and stuffed mushrooms. The pizza was good, just a bit greasy. The Caesar salad was really good too. I was let down by the green Chile and cheese stuffed mushrooms. I don't think the green Chile was hot enough or had enough flavor to make them great. They were just okay. With not very many options in town this is a pretty good place to eat.

This place is OUTSTANDING with the BEST customer service I've ever had! I was just passing through for work and couldn't be happier I did!! I left my wallet here and didn't realize it until I was already in Missouri. The owner Angie went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! She went to UPS, FedEx, & USPS to find which would get it to me quicker. Ordered this past weekend over the memorial day weekend had delivered to the Holiday Inn probably the worst Mexican food I've ever had in my life taco shells and chips stale so bad you couldn't eat them They brought me half of what I ordered and not what I ordered worst $33 I've ever spent on delivery

I went here during an unexpected snowstorm while traveling during COVID, so it was take-out only. The hostess was patient as I looked at the menu, gave helpful suggestions, and the take-out box arrived quickly. I got the Stuffed Sopapillas, one red and one green (chili). Both were fantastic! So tasty... wish I could stay in Santa Rosa for a week and order everything on the menu.

The price for what you get is absolutely amazing! We are traveling from arizona to Massachusetts and were recommended to come here from our hotel staff. With all the Mexican dishes you get rice and beans as well as soppapillas. They were absolutely amazing! Very large and the plates are way too much food for one person but for about ten bucks a plate it was worth it. I got the Mexican burger and it didn’t disappoint! Joseph's pays homage to the old fashioned diners on Route 66. It is a full flavor, full calorie experience! We went there twice during our trip to Blue Hole for our scuba diving certification. The first night I had the chicken fried steak ranchero. This thing was huge! It was also covered in white gravy with green chiles. This dish is rich and heavy and will put you straight to bed! Which was perfect since we were exhausted from diving and heading straight to bed anyway! The sopapillas were an added bonus and delicious as well.
