Wow, what great service I received from Rich Hutchinson, the Arbor Barber. Finally, a contractor who is respectful, honest, on budget, reasonably priced. When we agreed on the project he handed me his up to date insurance policy. Who does that? Rich does. He was knowledgeable about the trees on my property and the impact of disease. He showed me trouble spots that we would focus on. At the conclusion of the job, I tried to pay him. Before he accepted my check he said "Are you 100% satisfied". I would recommend Rich and his company to anyone who is in need of tree repair or removal.

Arbor Barbers recently removed two large trees from my property. The only mistake I made was not calling them sooner to do the work.
Due to recent storms, including Hurricane Sandy, my wife and I became increasingly worried about the stability of the trees on our property. While, we were fortunate that none of them came down during these storms, we knew it was only a matter of time before one or more of them came down and did some serious damage. So we began the process of gathering estimates to have them trimmed or removed. At first we decided to go with another local tree removal company. Unfortunately

We had Rich and his crews out to help take down some trees on our new property. He was responsive to my inquiry for an estimate, coming out the very next day. While walking the property with him, it became clear that he knows his stuff. He was able to make recommendations and saw things we hadn't regarding safety and tree health. I was attracted to Arbor Barber because of the name. I responded to a postcard mailing and called for a free estimate. Excellent phone response from the owner. We had a detailed walk through and written estimate during the estimate visit. Within a week, our pruning work on 4 trees was completed. Our trees are the best looking trees in the neighborhood. We are proud to be Arbor Barber customers. The Arbor Barber owner is a professional arborist, and it shows in the quality of work. Fair prices, excellent results.
