Bill Taylor has been building custom homes in Alaska since the late 70's when he made his first cabin on Kodiak Island. Bill has worked in a variety of other industries in Alaska including commercial fishing and financial investments as a stockbroker. In 1980, his love of building and a desire to see quality construction led him to create Colony Builders.
Tami Taylor is co-owner of Colony Builders and is a 24-year veteran of the Anchorage real estate market. She is ranked in the top 5% of real estate agents nationwide. Tami also leads a professional design team at One of a Kind Design. They are an award-winning interior design company that helps create beautiful spaces in functional homes.
