Preventive Dental Care is the prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of the diseases of the oral cavity. Not only is Preventive Dental Care aim to maintain the natural functioning and appearance of your teeth. Preventive Dental Care demonstrates the appropriate methods of brushing and flossing the teeth.
A dental implant is an option to replace a missing tooth. In this procedure, a small titanium shaft is surgically placed into the bone and allowed to heal. The bone grows around it forming a tight connection. Once the implant is firmly set in the mouth, the dentist then works to attach the replacement tooth onto the top of the shaft.
Most teeth can be whitened. CreekSide Family Dentistry uses three different methods. The fastest method is our 1.5-hour in-office whitening treatment. A whitening gel is placed on your teeth for approximately 1.5-hours. One additional at-home step is required entailing 3 to 4 extra applications, each lasting 20-minutes.
Do you want a great first appointment?, During your Initial visit to our office, Dr. Brandhorst and his staff will perform a thorough examination. To accurately evaluate the health of your entire mouth, a full series of radiographs will be taken. Digital X-rays will let Dr. Brandhorst view all existing dental restorations, check for gum disease and tooth decay.

When he walked into the office, I could pick up Dr. Bob's warm personality. He's super sharp and great at explaining everything in a way I can understand. His crew is a great group of folks as well! I was worried about going, as I hadn't been to a dentist in many years. However, I felt welcome and calmed by their presence. I look forward to going back!
