Services
We offer commercial construction services, providing a single source of contact in partnership with the owner, architect, and builder to expedite the overall construction process. We work with our clients step by step, from the conceptual stage through full completion, to ensure their complete satisfaction.
We provide complete construction services for various Plant Building; understanding and meeting the strict requirements necessary for multiple projects. As the General Contractor, AGC coordinated multiple subcontractors for civil, mechanical, electrical, paving, and painting work. The project required unique coordination due to an extremely limited budget, strict completion schedule, and intensive submittal and review requirements.
We are highly experienced in federal government contracts, understanding Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Davis-Bacon requirements. We work hand-in-hand with the government contracting officer to ensure an overall successful project. As the Prime Contractor, AGC provided scheduling, supervision, quality control, contract management, material purchasing, accounting, and billing.
Our superintendents are experienced and trained in site management, safety, first aid, and various levels of OSHA training. DO NOT use Richard Villanueva for any construction or handyman work! He did not pay attention when I told him what we wanted, wrote down incorrect information, did not finish the job, and then expected us to pay for his mistakes. He basically stole $2500 from us. He is dishonest and unreliable. BEWARE!!!!!!
