Mark and Janet Coulter have invested their hearts in Lavender Hills Assisted Living LLC from designing, building, decorating and administrating the facility from the ground up. They originally purchased the property in 2002 and the first building was completed in 2004. The second building was completed in 2008.
Recently, the third building opened in November of 2016. They have made it their personal labor of love, fufilling their vision of elderly care that goes above and beyond in every detail. They have designed it to be a place where they would like to live. It has been very important to them to have an Assisted Living where residents and their families can truly feel at home and where they are treated as individuals.

Services
It was such a pleasure to visit Lavender Hills on Saturday. The pleasure was not just because of the joy in seeing Mom. It was also because I was reminded again of the love and affection everyone displays towards Mom and each of the residents. Your facility is bright, cheerful and homey. Everyone who works there is upbeat demonstrating courtesy, respect and worth of the residents and other staff.

I am an assisted living consultant and educator. I teach the law that governs Assisted Living Communities. (Disclosure) I have never been hired by Lavender Hills and have no financial interest in this community. This is one of the most beautiful communities I have ever been to. I took a tour, sat down and talked with residents and staff. I was invited to have lunch and it was delicous and beautifully presented. Real Mashed potatoes and fresh veggies! I sat with the residents at a table that was beautifully set. Their dining service and food quality is unmatched! The activitiy schedule is impressive

I use to work for lavender Hills a little over 2 years ago. And I will honestly say that Mark and Janet are two of the most wonderful people I have ever had the privilege in meeting and getting to know briefly! And the Administration staff is without a doubt the best employers anyone, myself included could ever work for! I will never forget all of the priceless time spent and beautiful and most wonderful memories I was blessed to have made at LH! It was truely such an honor to work their and I really wish I could still be there today! Was definitely my most favorite place to be! Thank you Mark

Although I personally knew the owners of Lavender Hills I sought an independent appraisal and found it was the best assisted living in the area. I have resided at Lavender Hills for a little over 2.5 years now and they are very selective in their help and I feel that we get the very best of service.

I have known the owners for 12 years now, and i love being a part of the lavendar hills family; the compassionate care and support that i feel working with them is so special in my heart, the administrator i remember when she first started and it has amazed me how much she has grown with our family to be head administrator that makes me proud. The owners are like other parents to me as well as their daughters r like sisters to me, and we are all connected at heart. I will always be a part of lavendar hills, and the residents past and present are my angels, i love you all!!!

Lavender Hills is the most beautiful assisted living care center I've ever seen, and I have visited many different places over the years. It's more like a lovely home. The staff is very kind and helpful. The residents are treated and cared for like family. I had a friend that lived there her last few years and it was wonderful for her. I would not hesitate to have a family member live at Lavender Hills.

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff at Lavendar Hills. Both of my grandparents lived there and my mom volunteers her time 1-2 times a week. They have sooo many activities for the residents from a massive awesome tea party to weekly craft activities like painting in canvases, coloring, and taking them out to lunch in their new Bus! I can’t say enough about how they treasure each resident and the amount of care that goes into each activity to how they manage the house. Thank you from the bottom of my families heart 💜
