Tried to schedule an appointment for a contact exam and Perla was the most unprofessional person I have ever has the displeasure of talking to. As a nurse of 25 years experience I can tell you I would have removed her from my staff a long time ago.
Rude, unhelpful and would not let me speak to anyone else. Avoid this place like the plague. I'm sure the Dr is great but her staff is horrible!!!!!!!

I am a patient of Dr Ceballos. I haven’t seen her in over two years and so I’m now considered a new patient. Therefore, the soonest she can see me is in 66 days away. I’m glad her practice is doing so well that “new patients” are not a priority. Thank goodness there’s plenty of good optometrist who are willing to see new patients on a timely manner.

Dr. Ceballos is exceptional. She uses the very latest technology to give you an accurate analysis of your needs, then explains it all in terms a layman can easily understand. Finally, she provided me with several options with pros and cons for each of them. I intend to keep her as my optometrist for as long as she continues in the profession. Grateful that they continue to require masks, caring about my overall health as well as my vision. I'm already double vaxxed, but while our governor cares more about his popularity then what is best for all, I prefer the opposite.

Dr. Ceballos is so great, she provides the best service and answers all of our questions. she’s been my doctor for about 10 years.
But the optical side is very unprofessional and lacks communication so much. I made an appointment for contacts, got the exams for contacts and everything. after a month passed i still haven’t received my order only to find out it was not placed. The contacts were the sole reason i placed the appointment and had put down within the paperwork that i was needing them. A whole month had passed so i had to wait even longer. Not only that but they also made the appointment

My star is for Dr. Ceballos. She is a wonderful Doctor. She has been our family’s ophthalmologist some 18 years. But her staff is the most unprofessional group I have very seen. I love our Doctor and can not say enough good about her but unfortunately for me and my family, unless something changes, we won’t be back.

The doctor's services is the best. The bad part is dealing with the staff that is not informed or expects patients to know much more than them regarding billing. This was my doctor for the past 4 years from today this will be the last. From not looking into my insurance correctly to ending up paying $200 for an exam because the staff said my insurance was in network when it was not. Not coming back.
