After having the worst experience ever with another towing company, we called Vince's towing. Shauna not only was running the office, she was towing too! I was very thankful for her awesome attitude and helpfulness! I was very impressed with her hard work on a very cold day! I will recommend this company to everyone i know! Worked for a week didn’t get paid. Owner Rich over works his employees and does not take their Heath into consideration. Immature boss and is disrespectful to employees. If he treats his employees like that, imagine how he treats your vehicle. Over charges for simple down the street towing. Original owner Vince would be ashamed of how business is being ran.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I got into an accident early in the morning and did not have a towing company that I knew or trusted. So I asked the officer if he had one, he recommended Vince's. In total they towed my car at most, 4 miles. They had my car for 2 hours. I went there at open to retrieve my car & the only information I received was from people designated to answer the phones, that had no idea about what was going on with the business (not their fault). I called 5 times and then had to call a trusted friend/attorney to reach out so we could later find out that the

Driver tire came off my car in the middle of the street, called multiple tow truck companies but Vince’s Towing was the most dependable company. Driver came as fast as he could and also helped me with my tire change. Very professional company and will call again if I ever need towing services. Thanks you guys 🙏🏾
