THIS CERTIFICATE assures the repairs to which you and "Coxs Body Shop" have agreed on have been completed. We guarantee the work performed at "Coxs Body Shop" so long as said vehicle shall remain under the present ownership. This warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse.
So to explain this a bit, rust is a combination of iron and oxygen. Also known as iron oxide, it comes from a chemical reaction that takes place when iron (or alloys containing iron, like steel) is exposed to water and air. Road salt does indeed play a dastardly part in the rusting of your car, so make sure you make the effort to keep your car clean and dry!

Had my van repaired after I hit a deer and I am super pleased with the service I got at Cox’s Body Shop. They were very efficient in getting things set up with my insurance in a timely manner. They ordered the paint and parts quickly and had my van done in 1 day!!! They were friendly and professional, and took the extra time to answer my extra questions about the repair process.
