Very poor service. The property was supposed to be cleaned, have carpet in one bedroom replaced and other repairs made before move in date. None of this was done and the property was not ready as promised. Acted like they were not aware of the issues. As property management for the owner, who else should have been aware. Would not recommend using this realty service. Seemed unconcerned that the work had not been completed as promised.

Petty and uncooperative agent. Despite numerous requests throughout lease period to address splintering and buckling boards of deck, no response nor response to excessive rain leaks at windows. Home required EXTENSIVE cleaning upon move-in including washing of windows and curtains; removal of sticky dust from fans, baseboards, lamps, etc...only to be required to complete same tasks according to move-out checklist. Demanded tenant mow huge empty lot NEXT to property or threatened with adding exorbanant fees to account.

Kristy and the group did not follow through with ensuring a smooth closing. Several times we asked her to keep us in the loop and she did not follow through via texts/calls. During the process, we did not feel as if she acted as an advocate for our family and did not keep us up to speed regardless of unforseen rain and delays. For example, one family member showed the house to a couple explaining different aspects of the house, we did not feel like we were her priority. We were assured that everything was taken care of for the closing but instead it was the opposite, leaving it to us to find a

This is a terrible company..they charged us 90 bucks(30 dollars per person)for an application fee and even though we have been at our current residence for 3 and half years they did not approve us for the house that our income more than qualified us to rent and had their secretary tell us that we would be receiving a letter in the mail as to why we did not qualify..and the house that we viewed had dirty floors and was not presentable..for the condition of the house,the rent was too high

Kristy and her staff are really nice and go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for. They don't try to push you into a home you don't want.
