The current real estate market is presenting zoning issues, Certificate of Use inspections (req'd by some counties, cities & municipalities in South Florida), code/building violations and "ownership" problems to lenders with Real Estate Owned (R.E.O.) & foreclosed properties. Lenders are finding themselves as "owners" of properties for time periods much longer than just a couple months.

I was not asked to write this. I really just came here because I LOVE BARBIE!!! If I could I would give Barbie a raise myself. She went above and beyond to make sure all my house work was done and fit my schedule she even stayed at work late to make sure everything was taken care of for me. We needed a new roof, but also needed our carport rebuilt, which most roofers would not tackle. But Rausa came through; they rebuilt the carport, replaced our roof, installed new gutters, and repainted our home, for a complete transformation, all done very quickly and efficiently. Nelson was friendly, helpful with advice, and always available to answer questions along the way. I highly recommend Rausa for any of your building or renovation needs!
