The only catering company where the chef actually graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Other caterers might be able to cook their grandmother's meatloaf but if you want someone that is a classically certified trained chef then Catering by Michael is your answer. Catering by Michael has the ability to be completely mobile so wherever your special event needs to take place they will be there to take care of all of your catering needs.
