My father has used Donahue’s for many, many years. He does not do anything online so I am writing a short review for him. When furnace failed this winter and needed to be replaced, they were there! And very timely. Bill was extremely professional with the installation. Very pleased. Thank you!

I couldn’t ask for a better professional team of Bill and Levi. Called before they arrived so I knew they were on their way, friendly with a positive and professional attitude. All questions were answered and a font of information given. I would highly recommend Donahue Heating and Air Conditioning. Service was 100% from the time I first called them until the time the service was finish. Cleaned up well and placed covering on floor with covers also over their shoes. I can’t say enough of how pleased and confident I am that I chosen them. A+++++

The Donahue Service Technician, Rod D., was timely, professional and thorough when it came to performing preseason maintenance on our furnace. He was clean and tidy which is important to us as well.
Also, kudos to the gal answering the phone at the office. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure the proper UV light and humidifier filter was available to bring to our house.
I feel good about calling Donahue's and the interaction we've had with their personnel. I feel confident they will be our choice going forward when it comes to service on our Furnace/AC.

Just had our annual furnace check done by Mel of Donahue's. An exceptional company! The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, thorough and always take the time to listen and followup on every concern. Mel was certainly no exception! She did an outstanding job of cleaning, setting up our humidifier and thoroughly checking the furnace equipment. She even made a recommendation for when we have our air conditioner checkup. I recently purchased a new much older home. The boiler is ancient and I really needed someone to get it up and running, make sure things were working properly, and to explain how to use it! When Mel showed up she was awesome very knowledgeable and super kind. She didn't try to scare me into anything I didn't need. Flat rate! I love the coupons on… the site (for a single mom on a budget I was excited about the price)!! They got me a fast appointment. I have been dealing with a ton of contractors and repair places for other things and it's been a nightmare. I'm truly glad I found you guys

Recently we were having some issues with our central air unit. I wasn't really sure who to call, but after reading such good reviews, I decided on Donahue's Heating & Cooling. I am so glad I decided to go with them. We were able to get an appointment right away (within 1 day), and the technician who came to our house was friendly, and definitely knew his stuff. He was able to fix our problem and it was at a very fair price. I will continue to use Donahue's in the future!
