Instead, contact our office at (316) 550-6132. After you submit your request, our appointment scheduler will respond within 48 hours. Please arrive 15 - 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will provide adequate time to complete necessary pre-evaluation paperwork, and ensure that our doctor of physical therapy (DPT) will be able to spend the entire scheduled treatment session with you.
The providers at Harter Physical Therapy in Goddard, Kansas welcome you! Specializing in physical therapy, we offer personalized care with optimum patient outcomes. Unlike any other physical therapy practice you've been to, our physical therapists are board-certified orthopedic specialists, giving us the expertise to correctly diagnose and treat all orthopedic conditions to the highest standards.
At Harter Physical Therapy, we have designed our practice to be much more than rehabilitation. We offer a unique practice focused on building trusting relationships so we can best determine the cause of your pain and physical limitations. This personalized care allows us to improve your quality of life through effective and cutting-edge, customized treatment plans.
When your quality of life is compromised by a recent life event or chronic pain, physical therapy helps to restore physical function. Often we think of physical therapy as something that is needed after an injury. However, anything from a recent surgery to giving birth, or simply spending eight hours a day sitting at your desk, can cause changes in your ability to have a complete and pain-free range of motion.
Surgery is a traumatic experience for your body, no matter how minor your procedure may be. Following an operation, physical therapy is a key component in your return to health, as it can help improve your range of motion, reduce post-operative pain, and help your body heal quickly and safely.

Our doctors of physical therapy are board-certified orthopedic specialists, highly skilled and knowledgeable in treating orthopedic conditions requiring surgery.Physical rehabilitation can be utilized after any type of surgery, though even more so for orthopedic surgery.

Lyndsey Hubbard is a certified hand and arm therapist and is awesome! She was so kind and knew exactly what I needed. I broke my wrist in 2 places and she started therapy with me before week one was over. I feel like she has made my arm so strong and I’m back to doing things I love. I would go to any of the therapists at Harter Physical Therapy.

After being treated very happily at Harter Physical Therapy for a hip injury by Dr. Katie; I decided to return for wrist PT with Lyndsey who is their certified hand therapist. SHE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Prior to me getting an official diagnosis from my surgeon she was able to pinpoint what my issue likely was, and she of course was right. She gave me some basic motions to work on while in a cast and when I returned to my surgeon for my 2 week post op he was thoroughly impressed with my progress! I’ve been seeing Lyndsey now consistently post op and she is a miracle worker! Each day I’ve

I suffered from shoulder pain for months before coming to Harter. Chris was very personable and listened to my concerns and struggles with my shoulder. After only a couple of visits and exercises my shoulder pain had diminished, and is now gone! Thank you so much for your excellent service and bedside manner!

The staff here are exceptional! They are warm, kind, and caring toward all who enter their facility. I have come here two different times for therapy on my feet. Katie is the most thorough therapist I have ever worked with. She listens to me and helps guide me through the process in away that puts me at ease so that I can focus on recovering. I would HIGHLY recommend them and Katie!

Katie was awesome working with our daughter after knee surgery. She was patient and understanding but pushed her to achieve her goals. We have no doubt she will be ready for basketball after only six months after surgery. We highly recommend Harter and Katie!

I have had to do physical therapy for different issues over the years. This place has to be one of the best physical therapy I’ve ever been too. These physical therapist are well informed along with the knowledgeable. They are always welcoming and have a great schedules. They understand everyone has a life schedule and will work with what works best for you. I know that if I need any kind of physical therapy in the future I will certainly be my first stop.

I had been having shoulder pain for nearly a year. It was to the point I could not lift my arm above my head and had dwindling range of motion.
My primary care physician had me do some stretches that did little to no good. He then sent me for an mri and recommended surgery after they found a small tear. The surgeon consult said it was a small tear and because I had a stent in March I was not eligible for surgery at the moment and suggested physical therapy. He recommended a couple and I settled at Harter Physical Therapy because they are in Goddard and just a couple miles from my home.

STOP looking for a PT place and go to Harter!!! I can not say enough nice things about the quality of care my mother received here post op! The genuine warmth and compassionate care from Debra the office manager to her PT's Gabe & Katie is above & beyond. Having had a negative PT experience before they made sure to explain her plan of care and be sensitive to her needs. THANKYOU to this remarkable staff!
