I absolutely love this apartment complex. They keep you to update with what’s going on. They are very very understanding. They keep the complex clean. Maintenance is pretty quick to get with you. They also have a payment plan for rent if you can’t make it on time. Best apartments complex I’ve ever live in

The Ridge of Salina is a great apartment complex to live in. Shawna, Danielle and Debbie in the office are very understanding and helpful with anything you need. Their communication is outstanding. They make sure their residents are taken care of! Maintenance is great as well as they complete work orders in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend The Ridge to anyone!

We currently live here and the staff is amazing they are understanding if you are struggling they are willing to work with you in getting rent paid. They take care of the property and make it look extremely nice. If you have an issue within your apartment they send maintenance either within an hour or even sooner to come and fix it. They are extremely good at communicating through email on things that could be taking place around your apartment or if they need to come inside your apartment to make a repair, spray for bugs, or change your air filter.

I lived at The Ridge from 2019- 2020. It was a fantastic place to live! I loved the fact that my elementary student was able to ride the bus everyday during the school year and it was wonderful that South middle and High school are within walking distance as well. It made being a working parent easier. It was also AMAZING that all shopping was located right around the corner-from groceries to clothing! Getting to swim in the pool was the best part of my families summer. The application process was pain free with the help from Danielle. Then the move out was just as much a breeze when working with

The two years my family and I lived here, I never had an issue! The office staff was so helpful prompt and friendly! From the first day until the last!!! They never changed their ways. If we ever had an issue that required maintenance it was almost IMMEDIATE it was taken care of! The neighbors all to each their own, but everyone was always on the look out for each other and it gave it that “Home” feeling! Debbie from day one was so genuine and a sincere person! Danielle always had a smile on her face and made sure we were always taken care of!! My favorite maintenance guy was Tracy! He was

Let me be your cautionary tale before doing business with these people. They like to give you half the story. They have a "policy" in place for early lease termination and moving out. Essentially the story they sell you on is that you are able to vacate your lease as soon as they find another renter to take it over. From there, you pay whatever rent is owed (via direct deposit) until the new occupant takes over payment.
Reasonable enough, right?
Here's what they don't tell you...
