At Premier Dental, we provide general, cosmetic, pediatric & sedation dental services for the whole family. I was super impressed with my visit today. It was my first visit there. They did so many things I've never experienced at other dentists' [offices] before! I felt really taken care of and important.
The hygienist and dentist even took some time to sit with me and talk to me about my x-rays and pictures of my teeth. They made sure I was clear on all that they explained. I didn't feel pressure with anything, but felt super comfortable and taken care of. I'm excited to go back, and my teeth are nice and clean!

I had a new dental hygienist this visit and was he ever great! I’m a bit anxiety ridden with my dentist appointments having very sensitive teeth (and a bit apprehensive); however, no issues what so ever. I really wish I could remember his name (anxiety is my very poor excuse) because he surely deserves 5 stars and a big shout out! Thank you!

I love this dental office. They’re friendly, thorough, and no judgmental. Their hygienists are the best I’ve had in several Omaha dental offices.
The office itself always feels clean and they really seem to care for each patient. I’ve been for cleanings, and a replacement filling, and have always had a great experience!

Changing medical professionals can be hard, but Dr. Ebke and her terrific team leave me with no doubt I am in the right place. I’ve had some complexity in my dental history, and the unhurried compassionate care they show is reassuring. For a recent (lengthy) procedure there was no pain, they explained with as much detail as I needed, and paid attention to details important to me. Top notch professionals I recommend.

I love going to Premiere Dental. The technology there is really advanced compared to other offices I've been in. Haven't ever found a dentist I liked until I came here because it was on my insurance list. Had no idea what I was getting into and when I go now and get offered coffee in the waiting room I can't believe it! What other place will they offer you coffee before they clean your teeth? Go check them out. Bryce is amazing get him to clean your teeth!

Everybody is beyond friendly! From the receptionists to the kids' dental team to the adult's dental team, everybody is always so nice.
Dr. Shayna was the dentist for my toddlers, and it was their first time to the dentist. My 3-year old was nervous, but Dr. Shayna was super friendly, and my toddler still talks about her months later! As for the adult exam, everybody was very nice and the exam was incredibly through. Lots of x-rays and suggestions for what I can do next with my teeth.
All in all a great experience for those who love and those who are scared of the dentist.

Loved my consultation visit with Premier. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Beninato is laid back and offers so many options based on what the patient is asking , what the goal of treatment is, and what works financially. I just finished some very extensive dental work there that has stretched out over the last 12 months. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Premier Dental. Every aspect of their practice uses the highest level of technology available, stuff I've never seen before! Their approach is very very professional in every way. They practice a level of gentleness that is state of the art. I have always gone to small, mom and pop type dental offices so I found my first visit to be a little off putting, but I have grown to LOVE this dental office. When you go for the first time they introduce you to the practice with a person who basically assesses what you want out of your dental experience, gives you a tour, and tells you everything they do in the office. This whole process makes the first appointment longer than usual, but this is the only time. Plan accordingly. They always offer water or coffee when you arrive for appointments and also have chap stick on hand, which comes in

Firstly, Premier gets 5 stars for customer service. I called and said I was in pain and was seen the next morning!
Side note-This place reminds me of a practice I frequented in Manhattan many years ago. Top notch services..

Had a great experience at Premier Dental. In addition to the patient care I received, the insurance department (Danelle) answered any and all questions I had in regards to my treatment costs and out of pocket expenses. She was very thorough with explaining my insurance benefits and made sure I was utilizing my dental benefits for treatment.

Today I went to Premier Dental for the first time. I was impressed by how thorough they were, and how each person had a specific job which was carried out pleasantly. They were conscientious that I had driven so far and made sure they could do as much as possible for me during this visit. In addition, the Premier Dental Team uses the latest technology, and they are excellent at explaining each step. I had a wonderful experience visiting the dentist! This is not something you often hear people say!

New in town when I needed a tooth pulled. They were available, but charged me an arm and a leg for not only pulling the tooth but talked me into a couple of crowns while I was drugged up on pain killers, probably should have had my wife with me or just go to Reichert in Gretna instead, (I know he wouldn't screw me over). Anyway this place may be good for someone who is willing to pay a big price for services so they can pay for the fancy state of the art equipment but not me. I felt I was taken like a used car salesmen would do.

Dr Beninato is excellent and does a great job explaining what's going on prior to and during any procedures (which eases my mind), has an awesome bedside manner (extremely important), and wonderful staff! Customer service is worth every penny!!

My first visit to Premier Dental felt like a trip to a high end boutique spa instead of a dental office. First visit included a building tour, meet-n-greet with staff, and a gift bag filled with useful Premier Dental swag.
