I requested a quote for a mini split and they would not even provide a quote because the inside unit is at the top of a stairway and they don't want the crew to get injured. Really? I guess they do not have professional equipment to perform installations. Do not bother with them!
The response is completely false. You have never been here to quote a mini spilt nor did you request I do anything to make this safe for your techs or it would have been done. I work for a commercial developer and understand construction and safety better than most. This is a complete fabrication!

This is a phenomenal company to do business with. I have twice a year preventive maintenance service with them but just had to replace my A/C unit. The tech came out the same day that the A/C decided to quit which was at the end of the day. The tech said that the unit needed to be replaced; which we were aware of. He worked up the quote, I gave the go ahead and the next morning their team was here for the install. You will be hard pressed to find the outstanding customer service that they give. Always on time or notifications are given if there is a delay and they provide a photo of the tech that

I called Davis brothers @ 3:30 pm. A tech arrived within the hour. The techs name was Nate and he did a great job repairing our a/c and checking the entire system for us. Gave us some tips to prolong its life also. Very happy and satisfied. We will use this company again and recommend to others.

Couldn’t locate proper filter size for my office air handler. Called Davis Bros, spoke with Mandy and she immediately got things moving. Cari took over in parts and before I knew it, we had the correct size installed (we had the wrong size) and it was all done with a smile! What great customer service!

Josh is a complete asset to their company. He was knowledgeable, professional, and over all exceptional with his work ethics. I bought my new A/C system through them because he continued to explain the questions I had. Travis and Zaire installed the system. They were also top of the line. They took the time to explain what steps they had to do which kept my mind at ease and could walk away to allow them to do their jobs. They cleaned up every mess they made. There is nothing bad I can say about this company. Thanks for the great job.

This is a combined review of past and present.
Past, they did great work on my A/C Unit even though they had to make a 2nd trip due to the copper pipe not being sealed properly the 1st time and all the Freon leaked out, which they refilled with no issue the 2nd time.

As of Today, 24 May 2021, informed them I need a tune-up, which I was sent an email that states the following in an email:

We are a month and a half out scheduling our tune ups. We recommend you call DG Meyer or Total comfort and they will assist

Excellent service! Above and beyond! Super “socially distant” safe, effective and efficient! 5 out of 5. My sister recommended them and we already knew of them cause of the funny videos and I’m glad we went for… it! 👍🏻🙌🏼 We called, they came the next day and installed the following week I believe it was less then 4 days(including the weekend) in total. In the middle of busy summer season!

Huge shout out to Davis Bros for their excellent service today!!!! I called because I noticed my A/C unit was not working correctly while playing hide and seek with my grandson. I was in the garage hiding when I heard the unit struggling. I called and they had a guy out in less than an hour. He diagnosed it quickly as being the motor not working, had the part on his truck to fix it and was back up and running 100% in less than an hour and a half from the time I placed the call. I called Davis Brothers after waiting 3 days for another company to arrive. The woman Joni who answered the phone was very helpful and the technician Nate showed up at my home with in 45 minutes of my call.
The tech was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem.The issue was fixed and my home was cooling within 2 hours of my original call to the company. I wish I had not wasted my time waiting for another company, going forward this is the only place I will call for A/C issues.

Davis Brothers will now be my go-to choice for all things cooling and heating. They came out to the house to check, what we thought, would be a simple problem and a seasonal service. Two and a half hours later we determined it was more complex. Their representative could not have been more fair if he tried and it was obvious he represents a very honest and ethical company. Highly recommend them!

We had Davis Brothers install a new AC unit at our house last year. They came out on a holiday weekend to get us cooled down again, and have been back twice for scheduled service. Each time their techs are on time, polite, get the work done quickly, and explain everything they did. We would recommend them to anyone.
