Jim started in the entertainment industry in 1984 when he founded a successful comedy club in North Carolina. As his passion for entertainment grew, so did his management, marketing, and producing skills. In 1996, All Ways Entertainment was born. He has spent the last 20+ years cultivating national clients, such as CBS, NBC, FOX, Paramount, TimeTelepictures, and many many more, producing all types of video and film projects.
Micheal Alperowitz, AKA "Cousin Mike" began his film and television career 20+ years ago as an Assistant Director. It didn't take long before he was directing some of the most entertaining music videos from the 90's into the 21st century. All Ways Entertainment is lucky to have a guy that has directed, produced and edited for Republic, Interscope, Motown and Hollywood Records.
