I asked for a quote to take 2 people from the Philly airport to Dover AFB. 185.00 My Airman and his buddy were charged 150.00 EACH. for this ride. Wow! Really? Save yourself some money and call an Uber or Lyft.

Arrived at Dover around 9:30pm, I called this company to shuttle me to lodging. Spoke to someone at 9:50 and advised I would call right back to arrange transportation as I was headed inside the terminal. I called back at 9:57 twice and the voicemail came on immediately so I know he shut his phone off. Lousy customer service. If he was not interested in coming out to pick us up I'd rather him just said so. Business must be good to provide such crappy service whenever he wants. AMC Gram needs to update the Taxi/Limo Services provided and take off all the ones only interested in the Airport trips
