I have been a Licensed Esthetician for over 20 years and have been servicing the Southlake area for just as long! Taking proper care of our skin is one of the most important aspects of maintaining our health and beauty. Using natural and organic products has proven to be equally beneficial as including organic foods into our diets. Different skin types require different approaches, as we go through life, our needs change as well.
Services
A valid credit credit card is required at time of booking to secure the appointment time whether booking online or by phone. A $45 fee will be charge for cancellations of less then 48 hours and FULL PRICE of service will be charged for NO SHOW appointments. Your Credit Card is not charged unless you cancel less than 48 hours or no show your appointment.
Should you arrive late, I will make every possible effort to accommodate you during the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. What can I expect during a facial treatment? Most facials consist of a skin analysis, double cleanse, steam, exfoliation, facial mask, and hydration. Depending on the facial and your skincare history, the exfoliation performed will vary.

I highly recommend this place. My technician was professional and to the point. No funny business. I got the sense she had a lot of experience and that made me feel I was in good hands. I’m booking again for sure.

Set a date for the Groupon, didn’t realize it was outside the date of the Groupon, wasn’t told either. Upon the date, was informed of a $40 charge for it being outside the date, and wasn’t even able to use the Groupon. Avoid this place, will definitely be reporting to Groupon.
Reply: She cancelled after you told her that she was unable to use her Groupon that you allowed her to schedule outside the date.

I do not suggest going here. Total lack of communication with clients. No courtesy reminders or anything. I made an appointment a month in advance but did not receive an email, text or anything whatsoever. Then she lied about the date the reminder was sent. . . I got a confirmation from when i booked but that was all.
