We started to go the Ikea and Home Depot route initially, but the service was impersonal and slow (in fairness, possibly partly due to the pandemic.) Fortunately we found these guys instead, and were impressed immediately. Our salesman, Marcus, was helpful, knowledgeable and a wiz with the CAD. The cabinets and counter tops are terrific quality, and the installation was seamless. I'd recommend them in a second and certainly wouldn't buy a kitchen anywhere else.

Machinist relatives attested to quality and bought so I also bought. Designer was was patient thru at least 4 design mods in 2 implementation phases. Very considerate during lockdown allowing me to return excess and exchange few flawed panels. Saved 10s of thousands in labor. Was able to fulfill promise of dream kitchen - wife thrilled. A year later I have no regrets.

All associates especially Wendy Wedding was very helpful with what we wanted and handled all our changes with dignity and grace. The cabinets I received from Cabinet City are awesome. I've already shown them off to my neighbors and relatives. All of them are impressed with the quality - especially the solid wood cabinet doors. Also, I had a great experience working with Fiona Zhang! She is an expert in kitchen design and helped make sure that the cabinets would fit, and make the most of my limited kitchen space area. I also upgraded to get a glass panel upper corner accent and interior rolling shelves. All around, the cabinets look great and I hope will be very functional for many years.
