We used Mike O’Leary Construction on our 650,000 4,000 sq’ home in San Antonio and Mike and his team of professionals did an amazing quality job. It took about 30 plus days and we did about $45-50,000 in work. All new wood floors, updated bathrooms, painted, tore out cabinets and replace lighting for new of an open view concept. I really prefer not to leave bad reviews but I am disappoint in their service on a business end of things. Can't complain about the work as of now. It is frustrating that this contractor couldn't estimate our project right from the start. Change orders here and change orders there. Pretty much. cancelling out our reason for chosing them which was lower cost than others.

Owner showed to get the job but NEVER revisited the site and took his sub-contractors word over the customer. Didn’t even show after property owner flew into town. This job was poorly done with many issues. Halfway through the job owner indicated O’Leary Const Svs could fix everything in the shower but “we don’t do shower doors”. Even though, it was a critical part of the bid to get the job. Last, informed owner am that finished shower floor doesn’t even slope to the drain. No response...standing water in a shower. Recommend hold last payment and proceed with caution and a knowledgeable
