I've never been more offended in my life. My husband ordered flowers several weeks ago for Valentine's Day, of which is also my birthday. As I was getting in my car to leave work for the day at 4:45 my flowers were finally delivered. Not only were the late, the rose were already bloomed out and falling apart. My husband made several calls about getting a refund. When the owner finally called him back, she left a very snappy and hateful voicemail accusing me of wanting something for nothing! Awesome Florist !! Helped me out when I needed it the most to get a plant to a sweet Aunt's Funeral that we couldn't attend and we live in Merkel Tx. The lady that helped me was so nice she even knew my cousins and where they lived ! So helpful !! My cousins had their plant delivered in no time fast service!!

Terrible service! Late deliveries, wilted flowers, and unacceptable customer service and comments from the owner of the business! I would not recommend using this florist for any arrangements especially since they have so many excuses as to why they can not deliver on time and think everyone is just trying to get something for free. If there was a possibility to give this place lower than a 1 star review, it definitely earned it with the last order!

I just want to say that Jean ( sp ? ) went above and beyond what I would have ever expected .
I ordered flowers for my wife on our 30th anniversary from another florist closer to her work and they totally botched my order and delivered a very small arrangement that was nothing like what I ordered or paid top dollar for . After several hours and them not being able to accommodate my correct order , they refunded my CC .
I contacted Jean she's the owner at approximately 4:30 pm and explained my situation about the bad experience and that they ruined my wife getting flowers plus I just had
