Jacob does a great job with building homes. He stays up on the newest systems to keep his homes efficient. He cares about the people who he works with even after the warranties expire.
Bobbi does a great job with helping people create the custom design they are looking for. They are all custom, individual designs. Totally recommend them if you are looking for a custom home.

My husband and I bought one of Jacob's homes in Beacon Hill and can honestly say we have never worked with a more caring and helpful contractor.... And we have dealt with a few. Jacob Shumway is one of the nicest individuals and does amazing work he has an awesome reputation for honesty, integrity, and trust! I have talked to individuals that he has built their dream homes and they have the most wonderful things to say about their building experience!
