Called this company, which I have used in the past, to tow a car locally here in Pahrump, NV. Was told truck would arrive in 30 mins. Get a ride out to the disabled car and wait. and wait. and wait. Finally able to borrow someone's phone to call the tow company. "Oh, our driver is in court and cannot do the tow". We can do it tomorrow morning please call around 9 am. I called promptly at 9 am no answer, left message. I called again 9:45 am, no answer, left message. Felt as though I was being given the run around. A courtesy call would have been nice.

No communication. Requested call when they left to get my van. No call. I knew they would be out of cell service. Called the office at 11AM to check if they went at 10 as scheduled, they said yes. At 2PM I got a call from the driver he was back in cell service, the vehicle was delivered at 5 PM. The driver said he tried to call I have no record of his calls. He lied.
The vehicle was 35 miles away.

Amazing customer service. The driver was very kind and on time. I was in Pahrump for work in my personal car. I had to get a tow to the dealership in Las Vegas. Thanks to Ivan and his very kind driver I made it to the dealership. I was also worried about how I was going to get to my house. The dealership was closed and my house was about 20 miles away. Ivan had the driver take me home as well. Amazing customer service and just what I needed in my time of panic. I was so stressed out the driver and I had a lovely chat for about an hour very safe and pleasant. It was a nice end to a long day. I found
