Critical: Punctuality
Have used them for many years. Not sure what has happened, but have noticed that things have slipped lately. Then tonight had arranged transportation for three couples to be picked up down valley and take us to Aspen. No one showed. No one would answer the phone. No one called or emailed. Very disappointing.

Smiddy Limo was a fantastic car service in Aspen, they took me all around to some great sites and hiking trails and also used them for a ride to the Vail Eagle airport. Don't worry that UBER doesn't operate many cars in Aspen or Vail Airport, they can pick you up with a brand new, black Escalade!

We used Smiddy Limo to arrange several pickups for media and VIPs attending an event for one of our clients. They were so easy to work with - plus the drivers were all punctual and polite. Our client was very happy with them - and my company, the agency, they made us look great! I highly recommend them.

I have no idea how their service is, but this particular driver is super inconsiderate, rude, and abrasive. The driver parked in a fire lane, directly under a sign that says no parking, facing the wrong direction on the street, all while obstructing traffic for over 25 minutes in one of the busiest complexes in Frisco. I would post a photo if google allowed it. When asked to move, the driver publicly mocked other shoppers and patrons. As a business professional in Summit County, I will not be recommending this service to any of our clients.

My experience with Smiddy Limo was fantastic. We booked the service to take us from a surprise proposal at the Maroon Bells into Aspen for brunch and back to the Maroon Bells afterwards. Our driver showed up exactly on time as planned, he was very friendly and informative during the ride, and picked us up and dropped off exactly as planned. The SUV was clean and new, and the whole experience helped make the day absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Smiddy Limo.

I would have picked NO STARS given that option !! This company STOOD US UP for a pre-arranged 11:00 PM pick up in Aspen last night. We stood outside FREEZING for 45 minutes with no answer on their business phone before finding a random cab for less money! After leaving multiple messages we have still not received a return call. Bad Business and unacceptably rude
